During a back, neck and shoulder massage your therapist will ease all tension from your back, neck and shoulders using warm massage oils and expert techniques, leaving you feeling relaxed and de-stressed. The back, neck and shoulder massage is specifically designed to hit the strains and sore spots to give your whole upper half that refreshment it needs to leave feeling like you could take on the world. Various techniques are used to perform both a relaxing and effective treatment, leaving you feeling fantastically fresh and free from any strains!
This treatment focuses on your back, neck and shoulders. You will be asked to remove all clothing from the waist upwards and lay flat on one our spa beds. Warm massage oils are applied to the areas to warm up the muscles. From here the therapist will focus on the 3 main areas to help relieve any stress and tight areas of muscle. If you would like the therapist to focus more on one area please make them aware.
FULL BODY MASSAGE
This treatment focuses on the whole body (arms, legs, shoulders, back) to help relieve any muscle tension and tissues using warm oils and special massage techniques.
The full body massage is well known for relieving stress, improving the immune system, detoxifying the body and keeping your muscles loose. Add to that the benefit of human touch which alone gives a highly therapeutic effect to the treatment. Not to forget that having regular massage therapy helps you overcome sleep problems, allowing you to get more rest and be more vigilant while you are awake.
This treatment focuses on whole body. You will be asked to remove all clothing (whilst the therapist is out of the room) and lay face flat on one our spa beds covering half your body with one our luxurious towels. Warm massage oils are applied to the areas to warm up the muscles. From here the therapist will focus on the areas to help relieve any stress and tight areas of muscle.
